No way man. England have good bowlers even if they aren't as good as Cummins but they don't have anyone else in the line up who are anywhere near Root as batsmen. Aus have 3 batsmen roughly in the same bracket and anyone of them will massively improve England

Yeah I would have dropped Hameed for Crawley and Pope for Lawrence. Maybe Buttler for Bairstow too. It at least gives these guys a chance to play the roles they enjoy playing.

Fair points. All those South African lads would have a huge chance of playing for England if they were to rock up for selection .

Looking at the NZ v India scoreboards, their is not many England would turn their nose up at ,,,maybe Blundell if I had to pick someone for the sake of it.
