I noticed about an hour ago on a replay how late Buttler is to crouch. He’s still doing it - almost walking in with the bowler as they let it go - still on his way down as the ball is being let go, and his crouch doesn’t take him very low either, so he lacks the spring of a full crouch when he pushes off

feet always beat hands as a keeper. His early catch was perfect. The other two though - yikes

Yeah he doesn’t have the inside hip technique at all and the ball doesn’t really nestle in his gloves. I mean he seemed pretty decent at the Gabba but even outside the drops he’s been really noticeable today and that’s not a good thing
