Except he did though. When his team needed him the most (the first innings) Anderson once again failed to deliverHe certainly didn’t have a poor one as many ‘Anderson can’t bowl in Australia’ supporters would have you believe.
Woakes ahead of Broad away seems even weirder to me. Batting a factor?Wood ahead of Broad is just never going to seem right to me. Regardless of conditions.
Outside his best innings his average goes up? Bloody hell. Shocked hereExcept he did though. When his team needed him the most (the first innings) Anderson once again failed to deliver
Outside of that second innings in Adelaide where Australia never should have batted again in the first place, he returned 12 wickets at 35.83. If that is good then I would love to know what you consider a bad series
Who’d have thought it?! The old, take that good performance out of the equation debating point!Outside his best innings his average goes up? Bloody hell. Shocked here
Definitely. Robinson at 8 does feel too high so I can understand that.Woakes ahead of Broad away seems even weirder to me. Batting a factor?

Robinson-Wood-Broad-Leach seems fine to me with Buttler at 7. I could understand if it was three rabbits right after Robinson or there was a bowling allrounder at 7 as well.Definitely. Robinson at 8 does feel too high so I can understand that.
Wood just never actually takes any wickets.
