Mooo's been hitting above their weight in their last two encounters:

-versus GG CC at the new GG cricket stadium, rated 42, 977 against their 49,842...chased down a target of 290 inside 43 overs
- versus Ataraxia, rated 46,175 against their 52,134...disciplined bowling restricted them to a below-par total and the reply was just inspiring, the first wicket added 150, setting the tone to a comfortable chase.

Think Schmaltzberg's T20 opponent put up a slightly too high MAS...11 for four after two overs, new ball spinner Will Scott with all four wickets, including a hat-trick.

Morpork took a nice win this morning even if it was back to D3, successfully defended 150 thanks to our spinners on the dry pitch

Mooo played GG last night and it was another win for them. They are a good chasing team I must admit, but I want to see them set a total on the board and defend it.

So there is another match coming up soon in a few minutes' time...this time I have given them the option to bat first.

Oh, also Mooo's stadium capacity has upgraded to 6300 to provide comfort for everyone coming to the game...last 10 games were at capacity seating.

Mooo’s dominance over GG CC in the last week has finally ended.

It was a thrashing. Bram Human is one scary fella. He shellacked the **** out of 16 year captain Jamil Gul. 72 off 59 balls with 5 fours and 5 sixes mean that he was playing with the bowling…not taking singles…just being cerebral.

245 chased down in 38.3 overs

296/8 arghhh

I really wanted Aat Bernstein to score his maiden century, but that was not to be.

It’s a stiff total to get, but let’s not write off Dynamo Schmaltzberg at all

T20 against Jura: 154 wasn't enough on a flat pitch, and my boys chased it down in the penultimate over, with a notable Michael Winton innings from 6: 52* (30). Winton has a pretty good T20 record as a finisher, good signs. Got a cheap wicket as well. The five-wicket win was a comeback one after being 60-4 (9.4). Terrific stuff from Tharindu Goonesekera, 3-20 (4).

Against Schmaltzberg I piled up the runs batting first (surprisingly). Good 43-run win with strong performances all round, notably 82 (83) by Jan du Preez. Rusty failed again so he will be ditched from opening in the longest format for a decent time.

Gobsmacked by Yengwayo's big ton against Moooo. Hope he can keep that up, unlikely I'll keep him opening with his shot selection of 7 but at least he's finally fulfilling some of that juicy 44 batting potential.

Match against ata was the polar opposite, no wickets early on meant a huge target and just self destructed in the face of that.

ataraXIa just played their first match against The Buy-Ins, who have certainly bought in - already rating 48K! My mostly-Dev side was outrated, as is the main Jura side. My boys batted on a flat pitch and Rusty achieved his highest score for over a month: 40 (18) against 56K powerplay bowlers. Shawn Dee anchored the innings with 63 (54) and Kurt Murdoch hit 40 (29) to get us to 174-7. Those three innings were by three of my last four starting squad players, pretty cool. In reply TBI could only reach 165-7. Interesting match.

You certainly have the thumb over both my sides these days sir - but this last match was certainly a pleasing game for the neutral!

I love the inclusion of Alf Henton in this match. The kid needs the exposure, and so far he's picked up 4 of GG's wickets.

Jayraj D'Souza- GG's best batsman imo
Peter Sutherland- a dynamic batsman
Babar Ijaz- the 1.5 million dollar man
Sadiq Ishmail- GG's next greatest player with a bowling potential of 48
