Correct.

So Person A can dictate Sri Lankan players, then pick Murali.

Person B can then either pick another Sri Lankan player, use their trump card to dictate another nation/decade or steal Murali.

The previous picked player.

So looking at R1 order - if Himannv stole Sobers, you could still steal Sobers from Himannv and Michaelf7 could then steal Sobers from you and so on.

However, if Himannv picked Jadeja as a random example, you could only steal Jadeja, you wouldn't be able to steal Sobers.
