***Official*** India vs England 2021 General Discussion thread

Honestly - India, you make me embarrassed to support you. You are so incompetent when the ball moves even slightly for the pace bowlers. You've always been like this and make no efforts to remedy it. You get rolled over by sub-domestic teams in tour games and by international teams unless a newbie bails you out. All the newbies eventually catch the shitness, like some sort of virus.

Why are Indian fans complaining they been no 1 for years now and won in aus. They are currently 1 nil in England and could be 2 if not for rain. This has been a horror show today but it really not that bad lol. Fickle to say the least

Real 2010-11 Ashes vibes here. Very reminiscent scoreline to the first day at Melbourne. Also coming off a demoralising loss (Perth) after the first Test was drawn (Brisbane).

Eerily similar

Whatever it takes!!!
Yeah there was another Test lol

If you ignore the Adelaide Test of 2010-11 it's the same sequence though . . . and still everything I said is the same
No, I am saying it could still be like that. The host won the 3rd test of a 5 test series when the first was drawn and the second was won by the visitors. :p

Ah yes good point

Mostly it was the similarity to the first day of Melbourne that stood out to me though. Bowled Aus out for 98 and 0/157 at stumps. These are as dominant as a day of Test cricket could possibly be.
