Whatever it takes!!!
There was Lords in 2018 too, tbh.
157/0 after 98ao apparently. These two will do well to get there before close.Yeah that's what I had in mind too. England were like 70 ahead with all ten in hand by stumps, right?
It's much worse. I don't actually give two ****s about what Robinson did, it just had all the hallmarks of a very immature young person posting **** for reacts without quite realising what he was doing. I actually found some of the indignant and very showy commentary on it from people who were already grown men at the advent of social media (or simply wanted to be seen to be suitably indignant) more annoying than the actual posts.Uh, this seems a fair bit worse than what Robinson did. Old ****ty tweets is one thing, an honest to god "go back where you came from" on a cricket field? Yikes.
That wasnt in one day I think and the bowlers did well before the sun came out and decided to ruin everything. There was Lords in 2018 too, tbh.
On the other hand, I feel that Cook and Strauss are sliiiightly more credentialed openers than Hameed and Burns (the bowling ought to be better here than it was that day too, though on paper that Aus attack is pretty similar to the same attack that would annihilate that same batting lineup three years later. Would've been fine if Smith had batted six )157/0 after 98ao apparently. These two will do well to get there before close.
Make that tfw when they outscore the entire XITfw Rory Burns and Haseeb Hameed are outscoring your entire top 7 combined. Wouldn't wish the face on anyone though.
Only coz it rained though. That wasnt in one day I think and the bowlers did well before the sun came out and decided to ruin everything.
So rich from Kohli of all people. No awareness of how obnoxious he is on field.Had worse days.
Guess England provoked India today too.
Yeah but Australia were at home. All out for double digits on day one of a home test just wasn’t a thing that happened to Australia. On the other hand, I feel that Cook and Strauss are sliiiightly more credentialed openers than Hameed and Burns (the bowling ought to be better here than it was that day too, though on paper that Aus attack is pretty similar to the same attack that would annihilate that same batting lineup three years later. MCG 2010 was my favourite one.How often in Test cricket has one side gone past the other's total with all 10 wickets intact in the first innings?
Yeah I'm in the same boat, I find "go back to where you came from" makes me mad in a way very few things do.It's much worse. I don't actually give two ****s about what Robinson did, it just had all the hallmarks of a very immature young person posting **** for reacts without quite realising what he was doing. I actually found some of the indignant and very showy commentary on it from people who were already grown men at the advent of social media more annoying than the actual posts.
This **** from Overton is next level and a pretty unpleasant echo of plenty of stuff that's happened to me and many others over the years. I hope Hameed hits him for many sixes in the nets and gives him a withering stare after each one.
It can't be particularly common I would think - once a decade at most?MCG 2010 was my favourite one.
