It may be the worst of the last 20 years. The manager and captain aren't perfect, but they have been severely handicapped by the lack of quality coming through our domestic system. I'm not sure who you would pick instead, and even less sure who you would like to see captaining the side. I agree with your last point though.

It's probably actually on the legend, but as it's the same colour as the background and text, you can't see it.
