@trundler can you clarify how are we resolving ties? Those who got to a number first or those who got to a number last are put in front? There is an argument for putting those who got there last to be ahead. They had fewer options when they got to that number. In case of a tie one can also just reverse the order in which they picked last i.e. default to the regular round based formats where we go reverse order in every even number round.
