Whatever it takes!!!
Designated Warner-breaker. KKR has a great side for Chennai. Not sure about their pace back ups once they get to play in the pacier tracks though.

SRH need to get real about their batting order. Maybe even consider dropping Pandey for someone like Abhishek Sharma. Jadhav and Virat are the other two options.

Like the idea of Bairstow at 4. Gives some stability to that middle order. Perhaps in place of Nabi they can go for Williamson or even Roy which will significantly boost the top order.

The last thing they need is more top order batters. Nabi can be useful in Chennai as he showed today. They can either replace Nabi with KW and have Bairstow opening and drop Saha for Abhishek Sharma, which I feel will balance their line up best.

Warner
Bairstow/Williamson
Pandey
Bairstow/Williamson
3D
Abhishek
Samad
Rashid
Bhuvi
Sandeep
Nattu

The only reason I put Bairstow/KW is it seems Bairstow wants to bat at 4 as prep for WT20.

SRH TM got decent flak last night for not promoting Samad. Dare I say this Samad at 19 has some serious potential. Why didn't he played U19 WC last time is still a mystery! He loves pace & has smashed some of the best bowlers already in 60 odd balls he has played in his total IPl career & in domestics have seen him destroying spinners. SRH should not waste him like last season.

Viru just called out Manish Pandey as a stat padder. Also might not go down well with the crowd evangelizing SR is not everything.

Pandey seems like he is stuck in the mud at the start of his innings. I am not sure if he is just selfish or if he is one of those players who needs to understand the pace of the wicket before he can start playing attacking shots. SRH is giving him the platform that he needs, making him bat up the order, if he still can't make meaningful contributions, he should be dropped.

It's bad enough being an RR fan before I knew @aitorita12 supported them as well.

Must say I do enjoy their squad tho. Terribly constructed for the purposes of winning the IPL, but fun cricketers nevertheless. Sakariya looks like a good find.

Hope Sanju, Butler, Stokes and Tewatia go big.

if you going to play gayle he must open batting simple
nah. batting at 3 is basically like being a reserve opener anyways, and Gayle has done well there. His slow starts generally waste the powerplay overs, batting at 3 gives him enough time to get going whilst also allowing more attacking options up front.

I like how RR is interested in winning the IPL while also trying to provide a platform to youngsters who might not really get the exposure they need in some of the other star-studded teams.

bold claim given their purchases in the auctions. Didn't even look like they were interested in winning the IPL when they actually won it in the first season.

the only saving grace of this side is the pretty kit and their IG account (easily the best amongst all the IPL sides).
