England's top 6 seems pretty settled, but I wouldn't mind Livingstone getting a chance at the top for at least a couple of games as he adds a backup spin option. Unless I'm forgetting something, Roy hasn't done anything of note in T20is for ages.

Feels like a waste not making use of Curran's batting in this format, though it's hard to see him slotting in higher than 8 (or 7 if they demote Moeen).

Again We all know what has been happening with Shikhar in T20 WC's. We saw this in 2014 T20 WC & 2016 T20 WC.. Both times Rahane was opening in Semis coz Shikhar had completely f*** up. T20 is his not cup of tea. Most probably Rahul will open with Rohit

Rahul was very very good with gloves. Was better than Pant.

Better than Pant is a low bar tbf. Rahul is very much a batter who can keep than a pure keeper batsman. Not sure if the plan is for him to keep wicket long-term in white ball cricket. If it is, then he should keep here.
