Well that was pretty embarrassing. Time for Seifert to go. He’ll go fine whirly-dirlying against minnow opponents, but ge’s been thoroughly exposed in this series. Guptill and Conway to open from now on.
Honestly was pretty stunned that Kane didn’t pitch a couple of overs today. It was obvious it was ragging from Santner’s first over. I know he doesn’t trust his own bowling, but he needs to get over it in conditions like this.

The most disappointing I think is losing so badly when the Aussies don't have Warner, Smith, Starc and Cummins. They're well and truly showing their depth in this series.

Ferguson is our best T20 bowler outside of Santner and we ended up losing a game Santner didn't play. Don't think it's that bad. Australia are a good team.

Was still decent in t20s for NZ, but I'd prefer to give Allen a run as well.
No room for Milne if Ferguson is fit ... and I see he's aiming to make the Bangladesh t20s.

Tbf, Wade has been about as useful as a condom machine in the Vatican, Cummins isn't great in the format and I don't know that Smith would have really added much.

Either which way, we do need to work out who our third spinner is. Could use both a pure bowler as a squad backup to Santner and Sodhi (who isn't reliable either), and a part-timer who can bat.

Definitely a good team, but still an Australian team missing four of their starting lineup, we should be doing better.
One of the best in the recent Big Bash season. He's an upgrade on Seifert I think, and I think we'll need his experience going into the WC. Allen will get his chances post WC.
Not a big t20 fan but not fun to see how awful our t20 team is. We can be sk much better.

Munro in recent BBL: 443 runs @ 31, SR 128, 4 x 50s and 2 x 40s in 14 innings. Against some of the bowlers that have made Siefert a walking wicket.
