Full toss was poor, following two balls were full but not quite yorkers, first was wide which is the current meta, second on the stumps. Finch then missed a full toss and hit another full one on the stumps.

It's not Lasith Malinga hitting the blockhole but was hardly a guaranteed 20+ over either. Finch just that good

It's quietly escaped noticed but Southee has been quite reasonable at T20 cricket this summer. Only gone at over 10s twice out of 8 matches.

Also pretty much every other fast bowler who might've put pressure on his spot has been smashed.
