Nothing like the cream of the bowlers from the highly rated Big Bash to get yourself back into form against. Good to see from Guptill, maybe hes not totally washed up yet.

Yeah, Suzie Bates does not have the voice for this.

Great to see Guppy going well, hope it's not a classic one off that keeps him around for another 2 years.

Never doubted you for a moment Guptill

It's perfect for me. 6pm on a Wednesday. The wife has the ribeye's on, I have a glass of Château de Beaucastel, Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2010, I'm all set. :thumbup1:
Good on you - that sounds more than perfect! I'm stuck in endless work meetings :(

Hundy coming up for Guppy today. He's been hitting them pretty well. Good shape too and not throwing his bat around. Proper shots. About time.

Bowling has been a bit wanting from the Aussies. Bumpers at under 130k shoulder high or lower. Too many easy pickings.

That 95 metre six, classic Guptill. Forget how imperious he looks at the crease when he's in full flight striking them down the ground. Becoming a father for the second time yesterday was obviously the inspiration he needed.

Blackcaps will be wanting around 220 here, I reckon. Unlike Hagley you won't be finding many pockets on this ground ... pretty small and a great pitch.
