What's going to be the talk when someone at international level is inevitably run out taking a run which they would never have taken off a no ball which isn't called til after their dismissal?
you can still be run out off a no-ball, so i don't see how one will have a bearing on the other?

Because if a no ball is called it completely alters the way you approach running, maybe? Like, why would Kohli take off for that one in Adelaide if it was called no ball, as an example?

Is that a meaningless stat at the bottom of the screen: Smith since 2014?
Not at all IMO, that's when he became good. Personally I think Smith since 2013 would be a better (ie. more valuable) stat because that's when he returned to the side as a specialist batsman. But making it since 2014 fits the narrative better because the numbers will be higher.

when did a no-ball ever affect anyone's running? Sorry I just don't get it
