Pucovski wonderfully decisive in the footwork to Ashwin. Full - get to the pitch, short - rock back to cut, and late too. Not exactly groundbreaking but the other Aus bats could learn from this textbook method.

Siraj didn't bowl till 30 odd overs in his debut too. Jadeja came on before he did. Seems to be standard treatment for a debuting quick under Rahane's captaincy.

Great that Gilchrist is on air to tear apart Pant's technique.

It really is garbage.

Doesn't rise with the ball, doesn't move his feet, hands are apart, fingers pointing straight.

Whenever wicket keeping technique comes up I think about how ABdV's was actually garbage but he never dropped many anyway because he was a freak and would just take the standard catches he turned into hard ones.

Still bagged a pair in the CWPL semi final though.

Been saying it all series. Pant is going to drop us a match if he plays. Saha misses two difficult chances his first test back from lockdown and suddenly Pant's better alternative.

This is too simplistic. Saha looked like a tailender with the bat, which we cant afford at all. Pant made a decent contribution in the previous test which Im not sure Saha would have been able to do.
