Not really any point in sending Watling in now, is there?

EDIT: And yet here he is.

This seems to be an almost deliberate worldwide trend (with West Indians such as Bishop being the possible exception). Friends who get the Ch7 feed for the Aus-India series are amazed at the ignorance on display.

Sky in England are usually better when it comes to discussing the opposition, but can recall Alec Stewart being peeved last year that England should be taken apart by Neil Wagner of all people, and insisting than 2-3 NZ players would get into the England side.
the english do the same thing every time. come here chest beating about their **** team, **** the bed, whine the ball doesn't swing and the pitches are too flat after getting thoroughly outplayed and then their past players and assorted media guzzlers insist it was all a flukey ambush and only kane (in stewarts opinion) makes the english side and england are great really.

england and everything around them are the absolute pits. truly the chennai of test nations.

I like Stevenson, something different. Blows the horn a bit, but fair enough considering how NZ are going.

finding McMillan a bit annoying, and Elliott's on screen stuff is sooo hard to watch.... But he's OK. McCullums commentary doesn't match his batting style, but he's OK.

How could McCullum’s commentary possibly be any more McCullum? Just different variations on ‘intent’, ‘positivity’ and ‘proactive’ while occasionally assuring the viewer he really loves patient test cricket but just wasn’t capable of it personally.

Actually enjoy all of them apart from Stevenson. Agree with whoever said Fleming and Elliot are the best. Katey Martin has been very good considering she's just started. Frankie Mackay always great.

Stevenson has at least shut up a bit this test. But the final day of the first test when he wasn't there was just brilliant. He is transforming into a cheerleader who knows next to nothing, I wince every time he starts talking.

tbh I don’t hate Barrie Maximum’s commentary...obviously his mind is full of ‘funky’ theories, but he delivers them in quite a self-effacing way in terms of both content and delivery.

Kane is so easy on the eyes... Best looking better ever from our shores? Martin Crowe was very elegant and probably had more shots than Kane and a bit more ruthless from memory. Have heard Glenn Turner was likewise.

You know who else is easy on the eyes? Half the Pakistani cricket team.

Let's see if hendrix gets another warning for being a little too horny.

Wouldn't disagree as for as runs are not a criteria.

Looks like some of our current black caps players parents didn't rate braces.
