Made a lot of noises to that effect, yeah, but Brexit and the end of Kolpaks have put an end to whatever ambitions he had to play for Blighty.I don't think he or his ego are ever coming back tbh. Sounds like he'd much prefer to play for England (last I recall anyway).

Lets just say Harmer has had a few confrontations with a few people in SA before he left because he felt he was poorly treated at the time and he has a bit of that arrogance/brashness to him (I don't mind it if channeled correctly.) so will have told people to their face.Made a lot of noises to that effect, yeah, but Brexit and the end of Kolpaks have put an end to whatever ambitions he had to play for Blighty.
Not dissimilar to KP. Had a clear sense of entitlement.Lets just say Harmer has had a few confrontations with a few people in SA before he left because he felt he was poorly treated at the time and he has a bit of that arrogance/brashness to him (I don't mind it if channeled correctly.) so will have told people to their face.
Has shown real application this innings.Kesh getting runs will be a nice confidence booster for him.
3rd fifty in 9 innings.
I don't want to be extra mean because this reaaaally isn't the fault of the bowlers or SL as a team, but I would hazard at a guess that the "attack" he's faced is below FC standard in most Test nations. This is odd, odd cricket going on out there. SA have actually been quite profligate by only converting one of the many starts into a big score. He'll face better attacks, but looks to have a well organised game and more ability than a ~15 average would suggest.
Now this is a ball tearer. In, for me.
