Honestly Green can't have possibly done more to put his name forward. Would almost certainly have him ahead of Wade now, even if his bowling is restricted to 8 overs a day tops or somesuch

Karun Nair... cant catch a break. He made runs in Ranji but quite a few others seemed to make more. And his IPL form has fallen off a cliff which means he is not in the cricketing zeitgeist in India either.
