This is a big improvement. But it is the lower levels as well. There is a reason why cricket dynasties exist, lots of that is having an uncle/father etc to help give good advice. You wonder how much Ntini Sr helped out Ntini Jr. Not all make it but gives best opportunity.What is our structure at the moment ?

Dolphins : Imraan Khan (Quinton Friend)
Warriors : Robin Peterson (Assistant ?)
Cobras : Ashwell Prince (Faeik Davids)
Think Paul Adams (WP) & Piet Botha (EP) are the only provincial coaches that have been franchise coaches ?
The most up-and-coming coach is Richard Das Neves at Easterns who may have been promoted to Titans now.
Considering all the coaching talent we've lost and where we have been. It does seem to be getting better. So lets hope guys like Budaza can get a better education from earlier again.
All SA cricket long term issues can be resolved by making sure that the basic school and club structures are functioning properly and getting the best out of the all the talented kids and youngsters.
