He sometimes randomly disappears in he middle of a draft and reappears two months later.

I can sense a certain amount of frustration when selections aren't flowing. Michaelf7777777 was up after srbhkshk's post (8 hours ago). ataraxia can jump in now or his official time slot starts either when Michael makes his selection or is timed out (in 4 hours from now). If he (ataraxia) decides to jump then BoyBrumby's time slot begins either when Michael makes his selection or is timed out.

To prevent further frustration and delays, I am introducing a new rule which will come into effect after Michael times out or makes his selection.

If a player has been timed out and hasn't made a catch-up selection before his next time slot, that time slot shall be reduced from 12 hours to 2 hours.

If participants think this is too harsh. I'm prepared to extend the 2 hours to a little longer. Comments are welcome.
