Heh, I understand where this is coming from. The voting in cw drafts is way too bowling based, I didn't get an ATG pacer so I already am drafting just for fun.

Yeah I think the feeling is that there are less special pace bowlers than there are quality batsmen.

That's not how it was always. Last time quality control draft was run, I picked Warne in round #2 and McGrath in round #5.

I blame trundler for the new trend.

The whole point is to have balanced teams. Without knowing your batting can't comment if you were ripped off or not

Regarding Mcgrath we had way less than 17 players last time so the under 23 band was basically a guaranteed ATG bowler so there was no rush to grab bowlers from there

I mean at this point everyone who drafts pretty much knows the tiers for batting, bowling and allrounders. It's just about timing your picks and trying to figure out other drafters strategies
