Initially a couple yorkers were maybe an inch or 2 short, so they were dispatched for 100 metres. So they went wide instead and still got owned. AB made them bowl badly.

**** from Unadkat for sure. AB demoralized him and then he gave the struggling Gurkeerat a freebie too.

Anyways, AB is the greatest and he schools Smith and Virat today on why they are still pretenders. Amazing.

Smith isn't even in the discussion in white ball cricket. Was never threatening ABdV at any stage in this format

He is just the best batsman coz he is incredible in every format. It does not make a difference to him.

Still don't think he's better than Virat at any format. Maybe he's better at destroying domestic-level bowling.

I think the difference in perception is because ABDV has that extra gear where he can start smashing any type of bowling around for fun. It makes the other batsman in the match look a little inferior when it happens. Be it Tests,ODI's etc. But Virat is probably the most consistent across format batsman in international cricket over the last 5 years. Just does it in a different way.

If you need someone to go at 15 an over for a 5-10 over period then you'd want AB out there. 2-20 chasing 350 in an ODI I'd rather Virat. 2-20 in a Test against quality bowling I'd go with Smith.
