Also I notice that I picked before round 2 was actually finished. I understand wanting to keep things going but do think that we should at least allow a round to finish. Else it can get pretty unfair on somebody selecting late in round who try's to sleep at the wrong time?

True, but there are still some relatively mediocre players - Hussein, Ranatunga, Evans, Marsh, Atapattu, Viswanath, Ishant, Zaheer and Lyon. Compared to Sobers they're multiple steps down.
