Burns is having a series to forget; these guys just look too good for him.

Did anyone spot any verbals after the goings on last time they dismissed him?

Whatever it takes!!!
Can't wait to see what Naseem will be able to do on this track. Have not been this excited for a Pak seamer since Shoaib Akhtar.

You know Burn's technique really makes those dismissals look bad, ignoring the fact that the ball seamed a mile from an awkward angle.
I know he did admirably against us last year and has had a good start to his Test career in general but I still really, really struggle to rate him as a long-term Test opener in English conditions. Just doesn't look right.

Really testing period, this will give a lot of confidence to these young lads if they can somehow get through this spell, will learn a lot about Test cricket here.

Yeah he looked terrible even when making runs. He's a reasonable bat and reasonable bats will sometimes make runs even against bowlers much better than them but no-one really came out of the series thinking "yeah this bloke is going to average 40+ at home"

It's that front foot plonking down a foot outside off isn't it. Credit to him for making it to this level with that trigger, especially opening the batting, but it's going to be exploited consistently surely whenever there's movement.
