Me watching a test match: there's too many breaks. What the **** do they at a 40 minute lunch?
Me bowling: breaks down after bowling 2.4 overs of dibbly dobblies

Just about fine I would say.
Yeah, 2 down after being put in is hardly the worst imaginable outcome, but with the lineup we've picked I feel we needed a better start than this
If Sir Ben goes early after lunch we could be in the brown stuff, tiptoeing through the tulip fields of the bleedin' obvious as I am.

Much as I rate Pope, he hasn't made a score this series so far and Jos isn't quite at the races either.

Really depends on if Burns can kick on.
I think his battle with Rakheem the dream will be key. He looked trouble outside his off stump and we all know his propensity to miss a straight one from an off-spinner. If he gets through that I think he'll be ok as he looked pretty good against seam.

CWI spokesperson on Gabriel's injury: "Just some general tightness. Had a good stretch out." -- He's found some good pace and rhythm since coming back on
Yeah, he just needed his nuts and bolts tightened...********* Frankenstein.

Ahh, could have been an actually quite good first session for us if not for Root's run-out, as it is I'm not entirely sure what to make of it.
I'd always say the batting side have had the better of it if they are put in and only lose 2 wickets.

His running is becoming increasingly bosomesque, certainly.
On this, on TMS Andy Zaltzman has just informed us this is he earliest an England captain has been run out in a test since dear old Archie MacLaren at Edgbaston during the 4th test of the 1902 Ashes.
