ODI Debut Chronology draft

Trust me, there are many really good ODI spinners left. I did consider this lefty you are talking about but it didn't fit in the plan.
Agree with you 100% there. People are underestimating remaining spinners, and overestimating remaining pacers. We have enough spinners to fill the remaining slots but I am not too sure about pacers. It looks like many pacers from 2019 World Cup who haven't even completed 25% of their careers will end up getting picked. It looks bad to fill up teams with guys who played less than 100 ODIs in the modern era when we have already passed Vaas, Gough, Willis, Srinath.

So let me get this straight - the only spinner to have won two world cups, with a bowling and batting average in the mid 20s went unpicked?

I thought for sure he was the best pick for hb, kk and mrmr. Oh well, means you folks have to scrap harder to get decent spinners.
Haha yeah the extra bowling ability he had over Afridi was nullified in my opinion anyway by Afridis batting. Certainly considered him though along with the others chosen. Real crossroads decision this pick for me
