Cricketer Of The Year

Round 9:

Andrew B
Line & Length
Weldone
Ataraxia
Kingkallis
Trundler
Teuton
Honestbharani
9 JOJOXI

JOJOXI

International Captain
Honest question. How is his name pronounced?
I wondered that myself a few rounds ago could only find one highlight of the Vijay Hazare trophy where the name was pronounced but it definetly sounded like 3 syllables although quite 'soft' sounding syllables if that makes sense

JOJOXI

International Captain
Desmond Haynes
Done well to get him as a 9th pick - I had battled myself between going for him or Colin Croft - with Lloyd already in my side it was always one or the other. Thinking back I might have gone with Steve Waugh over Clive Lloyd - I wanted a strong captain sorted out early with both still available early on, Rod Marsh my first Australian pick and that was just in the last round.

I would think that ul-Haq is 2 syllables and al Hasan is 3 syllables. If I am correct, a replacement is required.

To finish Round 9 we have Honestbharani and JOJOXI with Ataraxia having a 'catch-up' and Kingkallis a possible replacement.
