Bad move trundler.

I'm sure that's what you wanted to hear.
Yeah I'm pretty happy with that pick.

I'll take Alan Davidson.
It shall become clear at once.

Everyone has their pace attacks complete now except Weldone who's gonna pick Bradman anyway. So unless someone wants to ruin their balance out of pure spite I've got 2 ATGs waiting for me. Muahahahaha.

Maybe. I have put AndrewB's Miller pick down as a top 6 batsman so he doesn't have his entire pace lineup. Similarly, I could bat GIlchrist at 6 and have Kapil at 7.

Someone is definitely going to do this now.

AndrewB has both Miller and Faulkner though so I figured he's got his attack. Not that I have any vested interest in this but I think picking a specialist bowler would weaken his batting.

I basically did the same thing with Warne last time too. That was basically down to HB forgetting he exists and picking Verity though so I may well have shot myself in the foot now.

I had half a mind to not pick Garner and attempt a dash at A instead (you know who). Didn't think I had picked enough players to risk that. But if I knew it will be down to me and trundler, I would have taken the chance. Oh well.

Nah I don't think you'd have got him. You have a lot of players you need before you get there.

Of course Trundler is actually talking about Broad and Anderson.
Actually Anderson is a good safety valve tbh. I was considering not picking Davidson and going for a couple of other blokes, but weldone's team balance would mess with that because he'd get to pick his A pick before me.

I'm before trundler at C and I could have been before him at B. That's all I would have needed. If not Garner I would have taken Greenidge fwiw.

I thought Kallis to Hadlee would've been a safe enough jump. After that I thought I had a shot at Donald so blame ataraxia basically

But honestly, if Trundler gets the premium B fast bowler or the premium A fast bowler he'll probably get my vote. Top drafting and you were always one step ahead of me, grabbing the guys I wanted. Literally Warne was going to be my first pick, I wanted both Simpson and Russell (for tempo purposes). You then jumped to Marshall which was a very well calculated move, given you already had Warne. I can't believe you got Kallis. I wanted him but I took Laker when I really shouldn't have. And literally my fall back pick if you took Davidson was to pick Greg Chappell. You've basically had the draft I'd wanted to have. And I feel you have a very good chance at getting one premium bowler and another extremely good one in your last two picks.

For the last three or four picks you can mostly work out what people want and who you will have a shot at. It's been quite fun actually. Almost like a game of chess, trying to out manoeuvre your opponents. Trundler has been exceptional at this.

It's funny how your entire draft can hinge on whether someone takes a single player. If weldone took Davidson (which should have been a relatively strong option for him) then my entire last few rounds would have looked very different.

If one other person had taken the 'just pick the best guys and hope everyone drops out before you' approach my thing wouldn't have worked. I'm proud of 'letting' Stephen pick Davidson though.
