You are fine to pick Mahmadullah but you cannot pick Bradman as you do not yet have 9 players in your side. All you are doing is denying Bradman to others if you take Mahmadullah.

You may change your pick if you like.

Weldone is not eligible to pick Bradman. So should we wait to see if he really intends to pick Mahmudullah? Lot of picks made since then though so it will mess up the draft a lot if weldone changes his pick.
