To update the situation:

Trundler picked at 6AM
Michael (who had timed out) picked at 8:30
Milenko47 picked at 1PM since it had been 7h since trundler picked
Hb, thinking he still had an hour (Because Michael picked at 8:30) picked the same player as Milenko47. He also picked a backup player.
Initially I thought hb was correct, so I gave hb Hammond (incorrectly)
But Milenko47 was actually correct, so he got Hammond and hb got his backup - Kallis.

Ugh. With the alphabetic rules it was actually a simple time out rule we stuffed up.

I think that everyone is correct now. Due to the confusion I'll give Red Hill 6h from this post.
