I don't buy the argument that the ball swings more at lesser pace. Tend to think it can largely be explained in it being harder to maintain the right seam position the quicker you get, hence there are more blokes h00ping it at 130 than at 140

Seen bowlers try to find an extra yard and it messing with their action/release, hence losing the movement that initially made them a threat
