Not Terrible
Based on one format? I like the Neesh but I can't get my head around this take, especially since ODIs are probably lowest priority (not to me, I love JAMODIs) right now.
A format that shows how special a player he is. Should Neesham start in Tests? Maybe, probably not with how excellent CDG has been for years. Should he be part of every squad? Yes.

The Wheel is Forever
54 pages and I keep checking and real cricket still won't start for such a long time! Eight LO games prior to just two tests? So sad!

The 2014 series was so awesome. Will never forget the moment when McCullum nearly killed Jono on the grass bank of the Basin Reserve.

Yeah Neesh's treatment is very strange. If the whole thing about his social media personality souring NZC and KW is true....then this nice guy spirit of cricket thing is getting out of hand. The name of the game is winning world cups and tests. The run Neesh has had in the last year, definitely puts you closer to that goal. Almost too close... (heart shatters)

This sounds too coincidental to be true but after posting this I legit just had a conversation with Trevor Franklin
Haha, no way! I wonder if he's a fan of T20. I vaguely remember him being the ultimate stonewaller, although I suspect with his size he could have smashed it around if he needed to.

I don't know if there is tallest NZ XI. Oram, Tuffey, Somerville, Gary Troup, James and Trevor Franklin would be in it.
In domestic cricket, I remember a bloke who was absolutely massive and played a few games a decade or so ago - Luke Vivian, I think his name was?

That's right, he was a giant. I think he was just picked for the Super Smash?

I think around that time, when T20 was taking off, Ponting speculated that in the future it would be dominated by big guys like Oram. Vivian seemed an example of that.

International Captain
How richly comic, KW injured and Southee getting to captain the side after that fiasco on Wednesday. Though no one deserves to put their feet up more than Williamson after that innings, let the rest of the side pull their weight for once.

So Southee....after years of failing and especially after what happened 2 days ago...is awarded with a captaincy role and a run in the upcoming odi's.

Iyer needs all the international matchtime he can get before the WC

Will be good to watch Saini in the side today
