His record looks good but I don’t know how much of the format he’s actually played, or what his e/r is. Nevertheless, if I’m jake weatherald I’m throwing the highlights on the big screen in the hotel room with some local paid help and some blow tonight after bopping the great man over long off for consecutive bombs.

****ing woeful. ****ing pros getting out to straight breaks. Never ceases to amaze me, but it’s been happening since forever. The young bloke landed them but didn’t turn one ffs.

I wouldn't put him in the same category, though he did get some wickets with straight balls. He actually turns the ball both ways (especially the wrongun) and is a threat on both edges. Bowls a good pace and line and length too
