Wait I seem to have looked up entirely the wrong series, oops2012. The one where he basically gave slip fielding practice for three games whenever Anderson was bowling

Yeah I looked up the wrong series.I thought he/you was talking about 2014, where he failed to score a 50.
I don't remember **** about that 2012 series.
Kohli atleast had the decency to **** off for the final test tbf.Kohli in England probably got more than one score over 12 in any case. Not sure he managed that in that Australia series though....
i mean, does justin langer love joe burns?I don't really disagree. I'm more saying what I think the selectors will do, rather than what they should do.
Very old school fast bowler in that regard tbh: here to bowl, not field (or bat, it seems). None of this incredibly atheltic/great catcher newfangled Mitch Johnson/Jimmy Anderson stufflol Archer does have the "pretend to try and stop it by half-assed diving" down pat
Brave or mis- judged?Brave leave
@ noofers as if Shaun Marsh would have scored a run
yesBrave or mis- judged?
NopeYou know who we might have missed this series? Shaun ****ing Marsh.
This was his time to be consistent and successful.
The Bancroft dropping for Harris ended up being a pretty big disaster too.
only two types of leave etc etcBrave or mis- judged?
i agreeThe Bancroft dropping for Harris ended up being a pretty big disaster too.
My biggest disappointment for the series has been Wade. His 100 was important, the game was in the balance when he came to the crease but the bowling was ordinary. He promised so much after that knock but done nothing of note since, and he really looked like something had clicked with his batting over the previous 12-18 monthsYou know who we might have missed this series? This is all true but, like I said in an earlier thread: who knew that a bloke who scores half his runs (or something like that) through point and cover, especially off the front foot, would struggle in England? My biggest disappointment for the series has been Wade.
