Wow, another set of statistics showing that a good length lives up to its name. What will they think of next?

Decent nut from Haze. Top class quick who should be in every test for the rest of the series. Siddle should be warming the bench.

England would've probably taken 100/3 at the toss anyways. Still pretty even, but only because of Haze.

Yeah it's pretty clear the first choice seam attack should be Cummins, Hazlewood and Pattinson as long as all 3 are in decent shape. Starc to come in if the wicket's a flat one, Siddle to warm the bench and come in if one woke up sore. And fall out of favour when Richardson is fit again.

Would you say the pitches in a) the last and b) this match so far were flat enough to require Starc? Siddle certainly lacked penetration but I thought that the pressure from the accuracy might have been better than trying to blast them out last match. That said, Siddle's bowled plenty of dross today so far.

That's shite backing up. I wonder who from...

Last Test it obviously wasn't in hindsight, but there was a lengthy period where I thought "Starc would be really handy here", at least in the first innings.

This Test we'll wait and see I guess.

Put a third man in for Burns you nong. Will encourage the bowler to make him drive too.

I can't believe Wade is our new ball shiner.
