I checked the official sites of the grounds for all 5 tests and all days are sold out from 1-4Tickets for 1st and 3rd days, absolutely buzzing.
Slight concern that it’s a little soon after that incredible high. Think we need something special to happen in the first couple of hours to keep the good feeling going. A few hours of Smith and it could all start to look a little flat. This has to be the most prepared a travelling Australian side has been for quite a while too.
Haha, just seen the scorecard. Think we’re in for some low scoring matches. Should be fun. They're current preparing by losing 17 wickets in a day to their own bowlers, mind you. The way that hit out is going, TPC will cop a fractured finger or some such and be out for three tests.
I understand the forecast wasn't great a day or two ago. Hoping it stays away and we get a good test match.
Apparently CA actually asked for a green deck that was dry underneath, so it would move and be up and down. Clever. No one has ever tested teh well worn theory that batting on a deck with sideways and variable bounce is essentially a lottery. Good to have it finally confirmed for the cricketing world.Haha, just seen the scorecard. Think we’re in for some low scoring matches. Should be fun.
Well yes it is, but please note my above....Wait, so the ongoing match is completely pointless then?
That's probably about the best side we can put up at the moment.
