Nah, would have Shami over him in the middle overs. Bhuvi obviously better as a new ball and death bowler.
I'd also argue that Hardik has grown as a bowler during the last year. THey are about equal atm with Plunkett being slightly better.

Out at the moment so keeping an eye on scores is the pitch a minefield or is it deceptive what will England feel comfortable chasing on this deck do we reckon?
There will be enough there for Boult and Henry to exploit with the new ball, particularly if the overhead conditions remain overcast

If Roy and Bairstow go early, 220 should be enough. These guys suck.

Plunkett is defo better than Hardik i think, saw a stat on Hardik's numbers when the Indian seamers don't take an early wicket and they are pretty shocking vs Plunkett who has a great record at breaking a partnership.

In the match a few minutes a go? He was 4th on the list so Plunks is better atm but the gap will get sober - or i will shorter soonish.

No, i mean when Hardik comes on when the oppo are 1 down his numbers are bad. It was in a cricinfo commentary thing so I can't find it. His strike rate was also a fair bit worse than Plunkett's in the stat they just showed.

He has improved though, and isn't a massive amount of difference. Considering batting difference Pandya better player.

In becoming a member of the MCC you have to turn up at 7am just to get a decent view of the cricket?

It’s hard to say. I wouldn’t be shocked if we got 260 and knocked the top off England. Also wouldn’t be shocked if they really came after us and chased it easy

I reckon 270 is a good score.
Both teams just want to repeat the method of their semi-final victory and it's so hard to know until we see England bat - what will work here? Scrap to 240 and then bowl brilliantly, or opponent scraps to low 200s and then just blitz it?

One things for sure, NZ will need Roy's wicket early.
