Dhoni very rarely throws his wicket away under pressure these days. He's more likely just to play out a tight spell without attempting to keep up with the asking rate. He's very willing to let a game meander on as long as he's still at the crease.

Sometimes that's a good thing, and it's why he should have come up to bat earlier. Now he'll just meander on and we'll probably be bowled out for 190 in 48 overs or something.
