If they beat Afghanistan and Bangladesh then aside from their first game slip up, all their results since then have been exactly what you'd expect from the third best team in the tournament - ie. only losing to the two who will probably finish top. It feels a bit different because their first game was memorably horrible. It'd be hard to argue England should be in ahead of them given they beat England and will have to have beaten everyone else below them other than the West Indies to make it.Pakistan has lifted their performance a few times. If they make it they would definitely be deserving of it.
