Don't think Pakistan should worry about net run rate; it is going to be decided on points earned.
Could matter if their last game (or one of England's) is a washout I suppose, but yeah without a weather intervention they can't finish on the same points as either Bangladesh or England.

EDIT: No actually they could if they lose to Bangladesh but Bangladesh lose to India, and England lose both games. That's not really off the table tbf.
