i've never rated NCN but I respect that he has a more than respectable average and I must be missing something. I think Richardson is worse than NCN but Richardson does have a very solid of record taking bags in Limited Over cricket (it's just that he does nothing in the games between his bags) and if you want a change for changes sake he's literally the only option, unless you want Lyon and Zampa in the same team
