Only you're exaggerating the point. 4 specialist bowlers has generally been suffice.

Australia 2015: Specialist bowlers - 3 in Starc, Johnson & Hazelwood ( 4 if I'm charitable and give you Faulkner), and batting all-rounders/part-timers Watson & Maxwell making up 10 overs.
India 2011: Specialist bowlers - 4 in Zaheer, Sreesanth, Munaf Patel & Harby & then batting all-rounders/partimers Yuvraj, Tendulkar & Kohli sharing 10.
Australia 2007: The closest to 5 specialist bowling with Tait, McGrath, Bracken, Hogg & batting all-rounders Watson & Symonds sharing 10.

faulkner was a bowling allrounder for his state and often opened the bowling, shane watson was quite a good bowler as well
yuvraj in the sc is a genuine odi bowler
again, watson was a good odi bowler

also, everyone you've listed with the exception of kohli/sachin/maxwell are better odi bowlers than neesham/cdg*/munro/kane

*cdg obviously excellent in tests for his role

im happy to play genuine allrounders. our issue is neesham especially is just a batsman who leaks runs. i have some hope cdg can develop into a guy safe enough to bowl 10 every game, but not enough.

I feel like KW is seduced by the idea that Munro can actually send down a few overs and just gets carried away everytime he sneaks in 2 overs for 6.
