*Official* England Tour of West Indies 2019

We haven’t even tried to dig in, it seems we’re set on counter-attacking as the best form of defence and that’s it. It worked to a degree for Bairstow and Moeen and in a way I can kind of understand it because it seems a Root delivery isn’t long in coming but surely we can be a little bit more flexible in our batting approach because right now it just looks like we’re willing to concede.

How much affect are these performances having on interest in the game in the Caribbean?
From what I have seen, it's on the up. Like a dormant volcano bubbling up.

The interest in the game had never left. All was just upset at the state of the game.

I went to a rum shop last night, and the talk was about the batting, how the stood up to giants like Broad and Anderson.

This new Windies side is definitely inspiring. Youths in my neighborhood who have a more leaning towards the T20 games are getting history lessons of the Golden Age and Fire in Babylon.

I can write so much more...

Interest in cricket never left us.

I see that England has upset Ireland in the 6 Nations Rugby. What will be a bigger deal in England - losing in the Caribbean or winning in Dublin? (Or are people more interested in the EPL?)

Gabriel and Roach don't look anywhere near as threatening as Joseph and Holder.

We might win the World Cup and Ashes this year as we have home advantage but I for one can't wait till the coach is gone as under him we are all or nothing and I am totally fed up of it. I'd give the job to Silverwood seeing as appointing the best coach around Gillespie is unrealistic.
