I can't believe I ate the whole thing
He was looking actually alright until then. Trying to be too fancy, too T20I. Gut before wicket.

Don't want to be too harsh on the n00b, but what exactly is the point of Shankar?
In an ideal world, a no. 7 who can hit out gives the batsman above him the confidence to go after the bowling much earlier than they would have done other wise. Also needs to bowl 7-8 economical overs. Shankar does not do any of these.

I can't see Milne/Bennett getting a go before the WC. I really hope CdG plays an innings like he did against Pakistan at Hamilton last year.

Gosh that was a harsh call I thought ... the stumps lit up when his foot was still in the air, but you couldn't actually see the bail move until the foot was grounded.

Would actually be okay with him opening if today's innings were his regular contribution (assuming Guptill is firing). Too many single figure scores for my liking.

India are so formidable. Your best chance against them is in a rain impacted game and their spinners can’t grip the ball. Otherwise you are more than likely ****ed.

Have to say that Dhoni's keeping skills are as sharp as it has ever been. That did not look like slow motion even when it was.
