Graeme Cremer taking a break from Zimbabwe cricket ? What is going right for them ? Just zero. Then you hear Zimbabwe's tour to India looks likely to be cancelled due to IPL.

Olivier end Proctor have the same number of wickets now (41). Both have averages in the teens. Olivier has played one more match however.

Think it might have been a bit of an enforced break from Cremer. Got sacked by the ZCU after failing to lead the team to the 2019 CWC.

So this is what ***** meant when he said decision making is only a small part of umpiring.

Decision making is a big part of umpiring. Correct decision making is only a small part of umpiring.

Those teams of the year are pretty good, though I'd quibble that Kagiso Rabada is getting nosebleeds at 8, and if you were going to pick Stokes in an ODI side of the year, it wouldn't be for this year.

Pant very lucky to make that test side. As was Lyon. Cummins the unlucky bowler who really should have been there but the other three were a fraction better statistically. Shah also unlucky. He was very good throughout the year.

Can't argue too much with most of those picks but Pant's selection as keeper makes mockery of all those keepers who could catch over the years.
