Yeah I was one of them as it feels like he hasn't made a good score in ages. Then I just looked at his stats for 2018

Considering that selectors stated runs in all forms count towards selection, it's ironic that Short and Lynn are leading run scorers in BBL.

They needed more chances rather than both being dropped after only 4 ODI's

this series worked out pretty well. carey, siddle, usman and stanlake didn't put in good performances. handscomb secured spot #15 in the squad

Point Guard for the Philadelphia 76'ers. I know what you're thinking... "cow, u ***y bastard, he plays an entirely different sport".. this of course is true, but we live in the age of athletes being able to switch codes and transfer their athletic skills to other sports... he also brings leadership, credibility and positive publicity to Aus cricket, all things that have been severely lacking in the past 12 months. I believe this trumps the lack of initial ability to bat or bowl.
