International Debutant
Pujara looks a very good player to me and I believe he is still only 27..
He's a promising young player. Hopefully he fulfills his potential in the next few years.Shane Watson.
Purpose of the bump was just to assess the progress of the guys who were considered young when the thread was started30 year olds are not young batsmen, guys. FFS someone's gonna mention Ross Taylor next.
Bloody hell.................. he became an ATG ?
Virat just logging on to CW on his phone to explain to you ****s that it is him that is the best young batsman in the world.
I'll add (very early in their career):From U25 lot
Kusal Mendis (23)
Babar Azam (24)
Aiden Markram (24)
Shimron Hetmyer (22)
*Hope is 25 already.
Shaw(19), Gill (19) are batters to watch in the future.
Great callWilliamson isn't as good as most make him out to be tbh. Decent cricketer but I doubt he'll be near the top of this list a decade down the road.
a proper tumtum call thisGreat call
Only good call in this threadI really don't think the batting front in WC is at the moment something to shout about its very mediocre to be honest I reckon the next decade will look not too dissimilar to international cricket captain in that you'll end up with many more low scoring matches.
