Pep has been adamant that they won't. There's still a chance I guess but I'm not confident.Given City's mid-season slump, can we expect them to enter the transfer market in January? I know DCYE has doubted it, but I think that was before their two losses.
I've heard the argument that their recent form is at least partly due to the lack of Fernandinho. I guess if they wanted to get a decent back-up player for him in January, they'd have to spend a fair bit, so I can see how the financial incentive wouldn't be there.Pep has been adamant that they won't. People have been making that argument for 18 months, it's not a recent thing. It's only been held back by Ferna being an iron man.I've heard the argument that their recent form is at least partly due to the lack of Fernandinho. I could imagine. With all of the centre backs they've had in recent years, you'd think they would have addressed the CDM situation earlier.People have been making that argument for 18 months, it's not a recent thing. It's only been held back by Ferna being an iron man.
Bar beating Spurs, their has not been that many awesome results for Arsenal has their?I'm already so fed up with Emery and his BTEC Mourinho style of management.
Um. Since he took over they went on a 20 match unbeaten run, winning most of the games that fell in that period. What more do you want exactly?Bar beating Spurs, their has not been that many awesome results for Arsenal has their?
It's a petty thing, but something which annoyed me was the way the Arsenal Fan TV people reacted to the draw with Liverpool. Yeah, it was indicative of positive change for the club, but you'd be forgiven if you thought they'd won 4-0. It was a draw at home, those people needed a bit of perspective.Um. If you want to spend time listening to "insights" from some of the most poorly-informed and obnoxious people imaginable I guess it's great. What is the general view of Arsenal Fan TV? I gather there are a few Arsenal fans about. I have been following it for a while, i only real watch the interviews of the less frequent contributors now, though. I find it mildly entertaining, though that is probably not the case for the more ardent fan.
TV rights have made the EPL harder to follow in NZ, which is a shame. I use to follow the comp quite heavily around 2004-2012.
Solanke barely gets a game, so it's hard to judge his quality. Also given the fact that Firmino, Salah and Sturridge have all played as strikers this season, it's hard to see him getting much game time. A loan in that respect could be good for him.Rumour has it that Palace will take Solanke on a loan deal in January. Sounds like an upgrade on Benteke to me, but I don 't know much about him really. Any thoughts from our Liverpool contingent?
