Although unlike Wagner he actually just came here as a ‘normal’ migrant with his family, not a ‘sport’ migrant

(I was gonna try to word that in a more PC manner with less implication but cbf)

Chameera legit bowls maybe 1-2 good balls an over. Majority filth
Yeah there's a reason he hasn't been selected much since returning from injury. It was just a hail Mary pick here -- "oh he did well last time so maybe he'll spontaneously morph into that bowler even though he's sent down rubbish consistently for months".

At least we aren't seeing people posting in this thread complaining about him not playing anymore. That's a big plus.

I see that of those who've scored 300+ runs this year only 6 average over 50 (although Karunaratne 49.5 and Mathews 47.5 might get over the mark in the 2nd innings). Of those six three are Kiwis! (KDub, Nicholls and Latham - the latter thanks to Wellington). The other three are AB (retired), Kohli and Babar.

He’s still a ***y bowler with that bounding run up and whippy action. He just has no idea.

Ugh Ian Smith still shilling for Doug Bracewell, and as a CdG substitute as well. Cumming - in deference to Smith's seniority - gently pushing back against the lunacy of that idea, but Smitteh pompously declaring, "To answer your question, yes I think you can rely on Bracewell as a number 7 batsman", effectively ruling the case closed.

One of the rare occasions where I'd actually like Rigor in the combox to fire back with "On the basis of what?!"

No century for KW this series, he'll be miffed. Could've batted Lanka out of the game.

Can't remember shilling for charmander in this thread but he's still better than slow wayward chumps who rely on lawns to take wickets like rajitha and lakmal

Kane looks like he's been getting a little ****y all series with his cruisy batting after the tough uae tour.

Doug bracewell was decent with the ball last odi stint iirc but he's nowhere near a 6

Damn KW finds ways of getting himself out prior to a hundred while looking seemingly in total control far more so than Smith and Kohli (which is probably why they're better), although at least his conversion isn't as horrible as the Rooter.
